At The Montessori Centre we aim to provide a happy, secure environment where children learn to play together in harmony regardless of gender, race or religion.

It is our purpose to provide care and education of the highest quality that will enable all of our children to become successful learners, confident individuals, effective contributors and responsible citizens. We acknowledge that parents wish to have their children cared for in the very best facility possible. With this in mind we strive to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for young children, where best practice is paramount.

Under the guidance of fully qualified and experienced staff, we aim to provide for all the physical, emotional, social and educational needs of the children.

For many small children, attending nursery will be the first real experience, away from their families outside the familiar setting of home.   In order to make this an enjoyable experience for them, we endeavour to create a caring, friendly and homely atmosphere where their first experience of separation will be positive and will pave the way for their future learning.

The Montessori Centre is committed to establishing quality relationships with parents based on mutual respect and trust. We believe that parents are the primary educators of their children and should be centrally involved in their child's experiences and development.  We welcome and value parents and strive to create excellent communication links to ensure continuity for the children between the home and nursery.
